To enable voice recognition for firefox:
First make sure you are running Firefox Nightly newer than 72.0a1 (2019-10-22). Then type about:config in your address bar, search for the media.webspeech.recognition.enable and media.webspeech.recognition.force_enable preferences and make sure they set as true.
